Descriptions :

The machine is suitable for flat yarn of polypropylene (PP), high density polyethylene (HDPE) as raw materials which produce high efficiency cloth of woven bag.The machine performance is based on research and development of universal small cam circular loom structure, is instead of currently universal small cam circular loom.Its characteristic is using the most advanced small cam,low noise, weaving speed,high efficiency and energy saving.

PLC centralized control is adopted for electric controlling, frequency speed regulation is adopted as well, which is convenient and stable. It is high efficient and energy economical. The highest rotation speed of machine can reach 180r/min and the power is 2.2KW, which can save 10 thousand degree electricity one year, compared with the original circular loom whose power is 4 KW.
